California Cannabis Awards
If ten years ago someone said Craig and I would be publicly talking about our lifestyle and ways of income, legally selling our product through our incredible partners, and accepting awards for our sungrown craft cannabis I would have had a hard time believing it. Yet, this has all come to fruition and it’s a bit surreal.
When legalization came about Craig and I chose to focus on our family, our craft, and on building business relationships that echoed our ethos. We chose to hold off on our personal brand and on entering contests, simply because we didn’t have the bandwidth or the finances. Almost a decade later, we have tiptoed into submitting our sungrown flower to the California State Fair, which includes its 4th annual CA State Cannabis Awards and what a welcome and loving reception we received!

We are in the running with other incredible sungrown farms for the Golden Bear Award in each of the categories we placed Gold and Bronze, and it’s so very exciting. We will find out at the awards ceremony in Sacramento, Saturday July 12, 2025! Stay tuned!
